10″ flour tortilla stuffed with cheese and the protein of your preference- beef- birria, chicken tinga, fajita veggies, carne asada, carnitas, shrimp, or just cheese. Served with our signature tomatillo-avocado and red spicy morita sauce. 

12 quesadillas in a tray serves about 12-15 people.
